Made in America, by Americans
C O – Experts Low Level C O “Health” Monitors are designed to
“Put you in Control of, NOT at the Mercy of” Chronic Low Level Carbon Monoxide
Poisoning.
Low Level C O warnings at 7, 10, 25, 35, 50, 70 & 100 PPM in “REAL
TIME”.
NO “MUST NOT” alarm periods of C O exposure time, or deadly
exposure time delays required in UL-2034 Listed C O alarms. Plus detailed data
storage of the “Time Lines” of C O exposures, plus Hush / Silence cycles at
every alarm level.
·
Low Level C O warning start at 7 PPM and
all audible and visual warnings are in “REAL TIME”, no mandatory delays;
thereby making this Low Level C O Monitor also a
terrific smoldering fire detection addition to your home protection system.
·
Audible alarm “Hush / Silence” cycles based on C O PPM level present.
·
Automatic “Hush / Silence” override if C O present rises to next level.
·
Data storage of the Time Lines of C O exposure: High / Peak Level, duration of
exposure in days, hours and minutes, the resulting COHb from such exposure.
·
Quick, simple methods of clearing stored data and ending hush / silence cycle
if desired.
·
Failsafe design including sensor failure / End of Life warning in addition to a
“Kill Switch” at 7.5 years.
·
Fie year warranty on all parts as long as components are commercially available.
Features & Benefits that put you in CONTROL of your C O Incident
CO – Experts Low Level CO “Health” Monitors provide you with VERY
EARLY Warning of the presence of Carbon Monoxide, long before a serious health
or life safety threat exists.
C O – Experts tell you when it is time to call your Professional
Heating Contractor to investigate the source of your C O and correct the problem
immediately, instead of receiving a much later Warning from a UL-2034 Listed C O
alarm that most likely will not tell you until it is time to call 911 for a
“Ride” to the nearest hospital having a Hyperbaric Therapy Chamber and Treatment
Center.
UL-2034 Listed C O alarms are tested at 70, 150 and 400 PPM and
NONE of these Warning are sounded in “REAL TIME”, all audible alarms have “Must
Not Alarm” periods; as well as delays.
For example, at 70 PPM, a UL-2034 Listed C O alarm “Must Not Alarm”
in the first hour, 60 minutes, and the audible warning may be delayed up to 4
hours.
To make this data even worse than it seems at first glance is the fact that this
also
means that UL-2034 REQUIRES NO TESTING below 65 PPKM.
You Choose the “Real Time” Audible Alarm Warning Level, 10
or 25 PPM.
All C O – Experts Visual /

When the "Hush" is employed, the audible alarm is silenced for the
designated period of time: however, the visual display continues to show the
current level of CO present. IF, after any "Hush", the CO levels present
continue to rise to the next higher level, the Monitor will automatically
OVER-Ride the "Hush" and reactivate the audible alarm at the higher, faster,
level
To activate / employ the “Hush” feature, as soon as the Monitor’s
audible alarm warning cycle competes the third of its 3 beeping cycles, simply
touch / push the test / hush / reset button and the Display window will show
“Acc”, to acknowledge your request the “Hush” to be employed. The Monitor will
then show “SIL”, to indicate that AFTER the regular three cycle beeping, [which
follows every push of the “Test” button], your Monitor will be SILENT for the
specified period of time, unless the CO present rises to the next higher level
of warning. Removal of the battery will immediately cancel the “Hush”
feature.
Important additional information about your C O Monitor:
CO is almost ALWAYS picked up by Monitors while being transported,
from both the UPS Trucks and especially from the Propane Forklifts being used in
the terminals. Therefore, there may be C O accumulated inside the housing and in
the sensor when it is initially removed from its individual box that will cause
an alarm within a minute or so of initially installing the battery. Before
installing any Monitor, the “Stored Data” should be electronically cleared.
To CLEAR / ERASE all stored data, you simply depress the Test /
Hush / Clear button, and continue to hold it depressed until the Green L.E.D.
illuminates with a continuous, [not blinking], green light. Release the button,
and the Monitor will immediately sound a long single beep, and the LCD will
display “Clr”, indicating that all previously stored data has now been erased.
Removal of the battery will immediately cancel the “Hush Cycle”
feature; however, it is very important to remember that removal of the battery
does NOT “clear / erase” the stored data saved in your Monitor. This can be a
very important feature in my opinion because it prevents you from accidentally
losing this important stored data which you might need to show to the 1st
Responders, the Medical, [Hospital or Hyperbaric Therapy people that could
possibly become involved or perhaps a Liability / Trial Attorney. The stored
data is cleared / erased ONLY when you intentionally / mechanically clear the
stored data, as instructed above.
